Join Cornell Dining for our take on traditional dishes of the African Diaspora as we celebrate Black History Month all over campus throughout February.

On February 22nd, Cook House Dining Room features a Soul Food menu, including Braised Oxtail, Shrimp and Grits, Vegetarian Gumbo, Mac and Cheese, and Collard Greens with ham hocks.
