Who: Any person, any pole, any wheels. Quad Squad at Cornell is a brand new organization dedicated to spreading the stoke of roller skating and establishing a safe, inclusive environment to explore movement. Pole Posse at Cornell has been on-campus for several years and promotes self-love through pole dancing. Both of our organizations value inclusive events and want to collaborate to grow our connections. We will open the event to anyone who is already active or interested in joining our groups.

What/Where: We are hoping to kick off our programming with a skate and pole dance party. There will be music and rental skates will be available in sizes 5-12. Masks are required, skates are encouraged, minimal clothing is welcomed but not required. There will be no alcohol or food served.

When: It will be in the Spring, on Friday, January 28th tentatively from 8-11 pm.

Why: This event aims to bridge the communities of skating, pole dancing, and celebrate various forms of physical expression that converge on our campus. Along with providing an empowering space for all bodies and identities, we are dedicated to accommodating all skill levels and backgrounds.
