Ijeoma C. Nwaogu, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of EVERLEAD, LLC., a leadership coaching and consulting enterprise. She is also a Coach and Founding Faculty of Success HER Way, a career pivot accelerator program. Ijeoma served as a director of the Multicultural Center at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Ijeoma is also a national speaker and Doerr Institute-trained leadership coach. She has acquired over 15 years of experience in various higher education institutions across the United States.

Ijeoma is a well-regarded leader who is deeply passionate and committed to the personal growth, well-being, and advancement of people. With a vision of a world where every person embraces their boundless potential, she is on a mission to inspire others to do work that inspires them, so together we can make the world better.

Ijeoma has led numerous programs, conference sessions, and trainings across the United States on topics related to self-improvement and leadership development. Notable works include her involvements as an invited training facilitator at University of Pennsylvania, cluster facilitator for the National Leadershape® Institute™, and featured speaker at the Rice Business Diversity & Inclusion Conference.

Ijeoma completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. Also, she earned her master’s degree in College Student Affairs Administration and doctoral degree in Counseling, both from the University of Georgia.

Ijeoma was born in Lagos, Nigeria and immigrated to the United States at the age of four. She resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and three children. Ijeoma enjoys Thai and Nigerian cuisines, salsa dancing, and relaxing on a warm beach.
