Elizabeth Ngonzi ‘98 (Founder and CEO of the The International Social Impact Institute), will moderate a panel of Vaibhav Garg (Cluster Director of Talent and Culture at Accor), Steve Schuller ‘91 (Vice President of Human Resources at Frontier Airlines), Rob Thorpe (COO at The Jet), and Amanda Nguyen (CEO and Founder of Butter&). They will speak on current topics in human resources ranging from the labor shortage, to quiet quitting, and effectively leading a diverse team. This panel had been made possible thanks to funding from the Cornell Student Activities Funding Commission.
